"Twisted Radish was the "icing on the cake” for our speculator wedding event on MMoCA rooftop. The culinary offerings and artistic visual presentation was noticed by all! We choose a food station style of reception which was felt truly personalized down to the smallest details to meet the wishes of the bride and groom. Beau and Nicki were responsive to all questions and requests, which were many throughout the planning process. Nicki is to be personally commended for her hands on, open to changes, “can-do” and positive demeanor. The advance Tasting experience was very helpful in selecting a perfect, customized menu. The staff is also to be commended. During the event they were notably friendly and professional with us and our guests. Because Twisted Radish took care of the complete set up (including bistro lighting) and tear down, it allowed the families to focus on the day and end on a carefree, keep-the-fun-going note! We would highly recommend using Twisted Radish for the "wedding of your dreams"….or any catering event!"

"The Twisted Radish provided us with an outstanding meal that was personalized to our taste as we wanted a meal with a Latin flare. The tacos for appetizers were delicious and we heard many compliments on the tacos and entrees. The caterer was very flexible with serving food as we adjusted timing due to the cool weather. "We hired Twisted Radish to handle our catering, bartending, alcohol procurement, rentals, and staff - basically, they ran our whole event for us. They were fantastic! I couldn't be happier. They were easy to work with, flexible, and clear about timelines and prices. The tasting was great - they cook very delicious food! In particular, lots of guests commented on how good the spicy broccoli was (and how often do you hear that?). Our main mistake was not ordering enough of their "small bites" for the cocktail hour; these went so fast that some people never even saw them! Their staff was friendly and helpful, and they had everything handled. We originally planned on a ceremony outside, a cocktail hour inside while they flipped the space, and then a reception back outside, but it started raining right after the ceremony. They pivoted beautifully and helped us move the guests to another area for the cocktail hour, while they set up the inside area for the dinner and dancing. They even kept our card box safe and brought down the card box and gifts at the end of the night for us to carry away. I can't recommend these folks enough - they did a wonderful job and made sure that our wedding was fun and lovely for us as well as the guests. Thank you Nicki, Beau, and Brittany!"

I am a wedding planner and have worked with many catering companies. The wedding I worked with TR on was a private residence wedding in Milwaukee. Private residence weddings can be tricky because of the limited space and more logistics to work through but TR did an amazing job prepping fresh food and providing probably the best wedding meal I've ever had at a wedding. They cooked the roasted pig over the fire and made the most amazing grazing table I have ever had! It is certainly a meal to remember and I hope to work with TR more in the future. If you are looking for great wedding/event catering, you should definitely hire Twisted Radish! You will get excellent food and high-quality service."
