At Twisted Radish, every wedding we design and cater is an opportunity for us to share in that excitement. We love helping couples create the most amazing day of their lives, with the people they care about most. When you tell us what your dream wedding is, we make it happen.
Drop-off
Perfect for special occasions, when you want bespoke without having staff. It isn’t about us, it’s about you! We can set up food on your platters or rent ours. Great economic choice for smaller gatherings

A long staple of wedding receptions, and for good reason! It’s the most economical and efficient way for guests with different dietary preferences choose their meals

Food stations
Many weddings are doing away with the traditional wedding meal and opting for food stations, a concept best described as a group of mini-buffets placed throughout the reception area, each offering a unique kind of fare.

Family
Big platters and bowls of food are passed around the table, just like you might do with your own family at home. This is a great option if you want to keep people seated at tables but don't want something as formal as a plated meal.

Plated
The most traditional reception style, a plated meal is what the majority of couples choose. Typically consists of two to three courses.

One of the most lavish boards you can order for a gathering. Sweet cream dip, seasonal fruit, grapes, artisanal cheese’s and crackers.
Eat Your Veggies
A good vegetable board has at least one delectable dip—on this board you get three. All are perfect complements to any crunchy raw vegetable. Seasonal vegetables paired with garlic hummus, TR sweet sauce, and muhammara dip.
Smoked Brisket
Smoked low and slow for 16 hours.
Earth Oven Chicken
Whole chickens seasoned and slowly cooked in our portable earth ovens.
