What we collect and why
For our optional text-updates program, Twisted Radish Catering collects your phone number, name, inquiry or event details, messages exchanged, and your affirmative consent recorded with your form submission. We use this information to respond to your requested services, manage communications, document consent, and honor opt-out requests.
Your consent stays with this program
We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other information-sharing categories and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes. Service providers may process information only as necessary to deliver and support our messaging service, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions. Consent to Twisted Radish texts does not subscribe you to another company.
Records and your choices
We retain relevant consent and communication records as needed to provide requested services, document permissions, honor opt-outs, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
